At KDN Performance Inc., we take pride in building and shipping high-quality, precision-machined performance parts. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Some products are built to order or assembled in-house. These may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We ship from New Brunswick, Canada to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • International destinations (where available at checkout)

Available shipping destinations may change over time. If your country does not appear at checkout, feel free to contact us.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size & weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping service

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and other regional carriers depending on location.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

  • International orders (including USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

KDN Performance is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
